Return Policy:

We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not, simply return the items in new condition within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item(s) subject to the Return Policy below.

• Green Piece Wire Art will not be responsible for items damaged during shipping.
• All items are inspected prior to shipping and are packed to travel safely and securely.
• All boxes leave our premises in perfect condition and our preferred carriers make every effort to deliver our goods in the same condition in which they received them.
• If a package arrives that looks like it has been damaged, customers should either refuse delivery or get an acknowledgment in writing by the carrier that the box was damaged on arrival.
• In the case of multiple boxes per shipment, boxes are marked as in the following examples: “1 of 6” or “2 of 3”.
• Shipping damages and/or shortages should be identified to the carrier at the time of delivery but MUST be identified (to the carrier) within 5 days of delivery.

Restocking fees:

• A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all orders that have been processed but not shipped and 25% for orders that have been shipped and are being returned.
• Restocking fees will not be charged for items being returned due to manufacturer defect or Green Piece Wire Art error.

We regret that returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
