Return Policy:

Our goal is to satisfy you, our customer. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return it to us within thirty days for a prompt, hassle free settlement. Merchandise returned in new, unused condition will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like an exchange rather than a credit, simply let us know. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Maximus Boxer Products will not sell your information or email address to any outside Party.  All Maximus Boxer Products customer information is for internal use only and will never, for any reason, be re-distributed.

Shipping:

We carry many items from artisans, embroiderers, jewelers, engravers and manufacturers.  The number of products and specific items in your order will determine whether your order will be shipped directly from our supplier or coordinated and shipped from our location via Fed X. These factors will greatly influence the delivery time of your order. In stock items will ship in approximately 2-3 days.
